With recent NDIS changes now in effect, the NDIA has an increased their focus on checking STA claims, and to ensure compliance, we are processing all STA invoices with extra care.
Our specialised accommodation team will now review all STA invoices. As part of this process, you may be required to provide additional information to support your claim.
Whilst Plan Tracker can’t guarantee the NDIA will approve any claim, having this additional information from the start will help improve the chance of a successful claim.
What is Short Term Accommodation (STA)?
