SMS Approval Changes
From 5th December we will be changing the way we send information to you regarding invoices and approvals. This change is to keep your personal information secure and add another layer of security to our systems – great news for everyone.
What’s going to change?
From Monday the 5th December the format of your SMS invoice approval will change, and we will no longer send you a direct link to your invoice. You will receive an SMS from one of these three numbers:

Our top tip is to save these numbers to your phone so you can identify that the information comes from Plan Tracker.
The SMS will look like this.
For the first time you login into the Portal you must have set up a password. On Sunday 4th December we will send you an email with a link to set up a password, if you haven’t received this email check your junk mail. You must use this link in your email to set up the password. Do not use the forget my password option on the login page.
The link on your SMS will then take you to your new customer Portal to view your invoice, which will be similar to this image below.
If you want to put the invoice on hold, you can either respond to the SMS, send Plan Tracker an email, call us or contact us through Live Chat to let us know.
With the new Portal there are now three options for you to choose from to approve your invoices! From the My Profile page in your Portal, you can edit your approval preferences (see below).
You can choose to review and approve all invoices, just review and have then automatically approved in two days, OR choose for Plan Tracker to check and approve on your behalf.
From here you can also choose to have your invoices sent to you by email or SMS or assign your invoice approval to another person in your team.
How do I access the Portal?
Simply head to https://portal.plantracker.com.au , and you can access this from your mobile, tablet or laptop.
We will send you an email on Sunday 4th December with your login details so you’re ready for launch day on Monday.
You will need to create a password and will need to be a minimum of 8 characters including letters and numbers.
