What is SA NDIS Plan Management?
Our plan managers are here to help you get the most out of your NDIS funding, and to save you valuable time processing invoices and managing your admin.
We have close ties with the South Australian community, giving you the local knowledge and expertise you need. Our Plan Management support is about giving you complete flexibility and control over your NDIS funds.
How much does a NDIS Plan Manager cost in SA?
The NDIS pays for the setup fee of $232 for participants in metropolitan areas in South Australia for their first plan (which is paid separately to other plan budgets). They also pay the monthly fee of $104.45 for the length of your plan. These fees may be slightly higher if you live in a remote area.
There is zero cost to you as a NDIS participant. This monthly fee covers all costs associated with assisting and supporting you to manage your NDIS plan.
Do Plan Managers need to be registered?
In Australia, all Plan Managers must register with the NDIS and be approved to deliver Plan Management under Management of Funding for Supports in Participants’ Plans.
When you use a registered NDIS Plan Manager like Plan Tracker, you have the freedom to choose supports from both registered and non-registered providers, meaning you have more choice and control.
What are some things not funded by the NDIS?
The NDIS does not pay for everyday expenses that aren’t related to your disability, such as rent, mortgage payments, utilities like electricy bills, or groceries. It also doesn’t cover services that are under another government or community service, supports that aren’t directly related to your disability, or anything that might be harmful to you or others.
