The My Benefits program is available to all Plan Tracker customers and provides a great range of services and products for people to try – giving our customers more choice! 

My Benefits offers are exclusively for Plan Tracker customers and we do not receive any payments or commissions from our benefit partners. 

What are My Benefits? 

My Benefits provides a great range of discounts and offers from businesses across Australia, including selected retail outlets, home services and supports, NDIS related products and more. 

These benefits will update over time as we partner with more businesses and bring more rewards to you, so keep checking in your Portal to see what’s new! 

How can I access My Benefits? 

My Benefits are available via the Plan Tracker Portal.

Follow the steps below to get started! 

  • Log in to your Plan Tracker Portal.
  • Select the ‘My Benefits’ option on the left-hand side of the home screen. 
  • Scroll through to see the offers, then click on the offer you would like more information on. 
  • Follow the instructions to claim the offer! 

Each ‘My Benefits’ offer has its own instructions which could be entering a discount code at checkout, emailing to claim the benefit, or submitting a request.
